HOW WOULD IT LOOK ON YOUR WALL?

‘Smiltis Orbitus’ photographed in 2020, London, United Kingdom by Ugne Pouwell.
‘Smiltis Orbitus’ is the second photograph in Ugne’s series exploring the study of sand grain shaping. This technique is inspired by the concept op the zen garden. Ugne takes a portrait of a woman, beautiful, but ordinary at first sight, and transforms her into someone new. All by masquerading a portion of her beauty with sand grains. It takes a special technique to create the effect. It’s best enjoyed alongside ‘Smiltis‘.
‘Smiltis Orbitus’ is printed Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm fine art paper and is available in two sizes.
Ugne signs and labels each print with a date and corresponding edition number by hand.
