‘Flooding the Neighbourhood with Electricity’ is unique work of art by the anonymous urban artist Moabit. It’s visualized by a factory pumping pollution into the atmosphere, but the girl, rising out of the smog, ‘waters’ the community with her love and compassion, giving them a chance for survival.
