VIET HA TRAN'S ART, PAINTING WITH HER CAMERA.
Viet Ha is especially inspired by and well known for her emotionally dense and endlessly compelling photographs of women and landscapes. Her art emphasizes fantasy and imagination as a source of aesthetic experience. Instead of taking photos, she tries to paint women’s emotions, inner dreams, intimacy, poetry and philosophy with her camera. As a result, her photos, apart from having an air of classic paintings, capture an ephemeral moment of feminine emotions flowing through the river of time. As reality plays hide-and-seek with fantasy, it’s a reflection of those volatile moods etched in the permanent state of change.
WHY A 'TRAN' MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU.
Viet Ha's art can compliment any wall you display it on. The combination of bright and expressive colours, perfect lighting and, especially, the way she can portray and "paint" her subject is simply mesmerizing. Furthermore, due to the complexity of her compositions you can discover something new in her photography every time you admire it.
Last, but certainly not least, Viet Ha was nominated 200 Influential Vietnam Global Leaders in 2019 by the Vietnam Embassy in Spain and Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her art market value has more than tripled in the past three years. A promising Vietnamese artist on the international art scene.
