MOABIT MONEY ART
Moabit has made a name for himself through his satirical money art. Opting for a dollar bill as a canvas, Moabit hand-paints highly-detailed, bright and colourful art on a banknote. Each bill unique, each painting depicting social and political world issues and modern cultural phenomena. His subject of choice? Why beloved childhood characters, of course.
French illustrator Philippe Grimaud, creates a spectacular variety of limited edition art prints. His time in advertising has allowed him to develop techniques that he has applied to his artwork. The digital medium means Grimaud can explore different themes and styles, opening his practise up to limitless creative possibilities.
His artwork references Italian renaissance to the 60’s and 70’s pop culture to comic art, with a nod to the pop art masters such as Andy Worhol, Roy Lichenstein, Tom Wesselmann, James Rosenquist and Allan Jones.

A unique piece from Nomen, ‘Sweetest Things’ is a complex and diverse painting featuring infinite layers and colours. ‘Sweetest Things’ depicts actor Catherine Zeta-Jones in an incredibly creative synergy of spray paint and acrylic colours. Utopia began his creative journey painting the streets of Sao Paulo at the age of 13. His inspiration came from Hip Hop, pichação and graffiti SP. Since those early days, Utopia’s work has evolved but still, we see so much street art influence. In 2008, he gained recognition for his art and soon he regularly exhibited in street art festivals all over Europe. Today, he resides in Lisbon, where he continues to decorate the streets with his many murals.
Utopia is known for painting colourful frescoes, filled with poetry and love and it’s evident in his painting, ‘Me to You’. The straight blue hair symbolizes the ocean waves and the cheek’s pink lines references youth and delicacy. The unique painting by the Brazilian street artist was created using spray paint and acrylics.
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE FRIEND
We all have that one friend or family member who is impossible to buy for. They either have everything they already want, they don’t want for anything or they return every single gift you’ve ever given them. Instead of overthinking it, why not give them a gift they won’t want to return; a beautiful, limited edition photography print.
Originally from Jurbarkas, Lithuania, fine art photographer Ugne Pouwell spends most of her time in London creating beautiful photography prints. What’s particularly notable about Pouwell’s photography is the detail placed on abstract and simple everyday objects.
In Pouwell’s own words, “Photography feels right for my own well being. It allows me to output various visions and ideas”. Every photograph reveals a part of herself and every object is a symbol.
Although Ugne Pouwell is a fine art photographer, she does experiment and play with different photography styles such as photojournalism. Phalanges Conflictus and Persian Silk Weaving are both examples of how Pouwell combines the two styles together.

Once using everyday imagery in his artwork, Falco now uses brilliant colouring and candid imagery of brands, famous people and fictional characters.
For a big and bright show-stopper, check out Falco’s Covid-inspired ‘Superman & Lego’. This canvas giclee print is hand finished with acrylic paint and measures at 144cm by 105cm.
